Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Multiple Item Shipments

If you ordered multiple products, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking links for each parcel at no additional charge.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

We start packing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour at info@rglfoothills.com. We cannot guarantee changes after this window if the parcel is already in transit.
